Homebuyer Education & Counseling

SDR volunteers at NHS OC’s NeighborWorks® HomeOwnership Center and, in our opinion, offers the most comprehensive homebuyer education and counseling programs in Orange County. Prospective homebuyers will learn about the home buying process and the responsibilities of homeownership. These educational workshops include Homebuyer Orientation and Homebuyer Education which are complemented with personalized individual counseling. All homeownership education courses are HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac approved and taught in a classroom setting by certified housing counselors and experienced housing professionals.  We highly recomend that you attend these great courses.  If you are intersted register below and specify Southland Diamante Realty in the comments section.  If you have trouble registering, please email service@socalsdr.com for additional information.

Homebuyer Orientation

Orientation is designed to educate perspective homebuyers on how to begin the home buying process while giving them valuable information about housing resources in Orange County. Families will gain insight on topics such as housing counseling services, down payment assistance programs and pre-qualifying for a mortgage loan. Homebuyer Orientation is recommended for families seeking information on down payment assistance programs and on how to begin the home buying process.
