1) After 90 days of consecutive non payment:
- Notice of Default is recorded and mailed
- Within 10 days from 1st publication: Send beneficiary request for property directions

2) 90 Days after Notice of Default: Sale Date is Set
|
3) Sale date:
- Property is sold to highest bidder at public auction
- Cash for Keys program may be negotiated with new owner.
