PWR Charity Foundation Opening Doors Program
Prospective home buyers, working with a PWR REALTORŪ member, like Southland Diamante Realty, may qualify for a $10,000 grant towards the down payment on their first home through the PWR Charity Foundation's Opening Doors Down Payment Assistance program.
The program was established as a means for the REALTORŪ community to assist low to moderate income families in fulfilling the American dream of home ownership. Funds for the grants are donated by the members of the Pacific West Association of REALTORSŪ and our industry partners.
 
Please Note: Applications will be accepted January 1st, 2009.   Applications received prior to this date will be returned.  Neighborhood Housing Services Down Payment Assistance Programs

We have done great work with this Non-Profit company for a reason!  They are always striving to promote and educate the public on how to properly obtain homeownership.  This housing counseling agency also offers diverse programs and grants geared toward the first time homebuyer.  All of their programs include financial counseling and enrollment in their 8 hour Homebuyer Education course.
