 Ana F. Esparza began her career at Rancho Marmolejo Realty, a small high producing real estate agency. After making a name for herself as one of the top listing agents in central Orange County and a First Time Buyer Specialist, she was then recruited by Century 21. She served under the C21 corporation for ten years, in which she gained many accolades, including a year run as a multi-million dollar producer for C21. However, it was her peers and clients that suggested she should go on her own and in 1995 Ana obtained her brokers license and began Southland Diamante Realty. With this new chapter came many challenges, but Ana is not one to back down from a challenge and now has plans to expand her corporation throughout Southern California.
